រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទនិងកសិកម្ម (ARDB) និងសហការី នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ទី០៩ខែកក្កដាឆ្នាំ២០២៦នៅការិយាល័យកណ្តាលនៃធនាគារ ARDBទទួលជួបប្រជុំពិភាក្សាជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន Mekong Strategic Capital (MSC) និងក្រុមការងារអនុវត្តកម្មវិធី CCFF (CCFF Working Group) ក្នុងគោលបំណងរួមមាន៖ (១) ការពិនិត្យលើវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធី CCFF, (២) ការពិនិត្យលើភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់នៃលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិរបស់អតិថិជនសក្តានុពលក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌកម្មវិធី, និង (៣)ទិសដៅជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។

H.E. Dr. KAO Thach and Colleagues met the Mekong Strategic Capital to discuss the Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF)

Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), accompanied by his colleagues, met the Mekong Strategic Capital under the Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF). The objectives of the meeting included: (1) reviewing the implementation progress of the CCFF, (2) reviewing the current eligibility pipelines, and (3) outlining strategic next steps.
During the meeting, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach provided strategic guidance to the CCFF Working Group on strengthening the credit appraisal process and ensuring compliance with the program’s eligibility criteria. He also encouraged the CCFF Working Group to prioritize the project’s impact that delivers tangible climate adaptation and mitigation outcomes, supporting the green finance implementation and sustainable development goals.
The meeting was held on the morning of July 09, 2026, at the ARDB Headquarters.
