Muscat, Oman: On the afternoon of April 23, 2025, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) and Chairman of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), participated in a panel discussion surrounding the topic “The People Factor: Building Entrepreneurial Communities,” which is a part of the 48th ADFIAP Annual Meetings in Muscat, Oman. During the discussion, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach highlighted key government policies and ARDB’s strategies in building entrepreneurial ecosystems in Cambodia, while noting the essential roles of development financing institutions in these efforts.
