ភ្នំពេញ:ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី កែវ រ៉េមី ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ជាមួយតំណាងសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិដែលក្នុងចំណោមជំនួបទាំងនោះ គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាបានជួបជាមួយលោក Balakrishnan Rajagopal អ្នករាយការណ៍ពិសេសអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ទទួលបន្ទុកសិទ្ធិមានលំនៅឋានសមរម្យ នៅថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់អំពីស្ថានភាពពិតនៃការរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាប្រមាណ ៨០,០០០ នាក់ នៅតាមតំបន់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា–ថៃ។
ក្នុងជំនួបនេះ គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាបានបញ្ជាក់ពីការលំបាក និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកំពុងប្រឈមមុខ ដោយសារតែពួកគេមិនអាចវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរស់នៅក្នុងលំនៅឋាន និងសហគមន៍ដើមរបស់ខ្លួនបាន ដោយសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានពីភាគីកងទ័ពថៃនៅតែបន្ត ធ្វើឱ្យប៉ះពាល់យ៉ាងខ្លាំងដល់សិទ្ធិ​ ជាពិសេស​សិទ្ធិ​មានលំនៅឋានសមរម្យរបស់ប្រជាជនរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា។

During the human rights mission to Geneva, Switzerland, the Cambodian delegation, led by His Excellency Senior Minister Keo Remy, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee, held a series of working meetings with representatives of the international community. Among those meetings, the Cambodian delegation met with Mr. Balakrishnan Rajagopal the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to adequate housing on 3 March 2026 to clearly present the real living conditions of approximately 80,000 Cambodian citizens in the Cambodian-Thailand border area.

During the meeting, the Cambodian delegation highlighted the difficulties and challenges that the people are facing because they are unable to return to their homes and communities, as the ongoing invasion by the Thai military has severely affected their rights, especially the right to adequate housing of Cambodian people.
