ARDB Bank Confirms Continued Support and Promotion of Cambodian Rice Exports to the Chinese Market

China: On March 9, 2026, Dr. Kao Thach, Government Delegate in charge and General Director of the Rural Development and Agricultural Bank, and Mr. Lay Chhuonhuor, President of the Cambodian Rice Federation, led collaborators to meet and discuss work with the state-owned company COFCO Grains at the company’s headquarters in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.
The discussion focused mainly on strengthening the production capacity and quality of Cambodian rice for export, with ARDB Bank and the Cambodian Rice Federation acting as joint parties cooperating with other relevant partners on this matter.
ARDB Bank will facilitate international cross-border settlement to ease cash flow for the export trade of Cambodian rice to China.
