ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “បទប្បញ្ញត្តិដែលមានភាពធន់៖ ស្វែងរកអ្វីដែលដំណើរការ, មូលហេតុអ្វី និងកិច្ចការបន្ទាប់ (Resilient regulation: Exploring what works, why and what’s next)” ដែលមានគោលដៅចែករំលែកអ្វីដែលកំពុងដំណើរការ រៀនពីគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងបង្កើតភាពជាដៃគូយូរអង្វែង។
