កំពង់ផែស្វយ័តក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ (កសស) ៖ នាវេលាម៉ោង ១០:១៥ នាទីព្រឹក ថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ទី១៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសាលប្រជុំតូច កសស ឯកឧត្តម លូ គឹមឈន់ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ទទួលបន្ទុកជាប្រធានអគ្គនាយក កំពង់ផែស្វយ័តក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ និងក្រុមបច្ចេកទេស កសស បានជួបប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយក្រុមសិក្សា JICA ដឹកនាំដោយ លោក Masaaki GOSHIMA វិស្វករស៊ីវិលសំណង់សមុទ្រ ស្តីពីការសិក្សាទិន្នន័យផ្នែកធរណីសាស្រ្តសម្រាប់ការសាងសង់ទីលានស្តុកកុងតឺន័រសំបក នៅកំពង់ផែស្វយ័តក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ ។
Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 10:15PM on Thursday, 18th June 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS’s Technical Team, held a discussion meeting with JICA Study Team, led by Mr. Masaaki GOSHIMA, Civil Engineer on Marine and Dredging Construction, related to the geotechnical survey and investigation for the construction of Empty Container Yard in Sihanoukville Port.
