Phnom Penh: Company from Republic of Poland has official agreement with “IIS Company” in Cambodia on 15th November 2022 aims to offer legal employment to Cambodian laborers.
According to the agreement, both parties has agreed to send about 10 laborers at the first step with issued work permit from Poland. All of them are waiting for the last decision from Polish Embassy in Bankok and already prepared to depart to Poland in the near future.
Mr. Soung Sangvavuth, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Labor, Ministry of Labor said that representative of Ministry of Labor and vocational training has expressed profound congratulation that IIS Company provides this legal employment opportunity to Cambodian people to work in Poland in Food proccessing/ Food Package.
Mr. Soung Sangvavuth also added that ” Ministry of Labor and Vocational training will try its best to support the Visa processing with legal work permit from Polish Embassy and through Mr. Sar Sarin, honoray consul in Cambodia.
He added that both Company have a responsibilities and approved by both governments of Poland and Cambodia.
So, all Cambodian laborers have to be honest through their job for Company and be a good citizen in Poland.
For Mr. Rozet EL, Director of IIS Company said that under the leadership of Samdech Decho Hun Sen, PM of Cambodia for over 20 years, Cambodia economy has steady growth for 7% annually.
Basically, we have peace and security in order to guarantee both foreign and domestic investors and all of them will invest frankly in Cambodia.
He also expresses that this is the first for our Cambodian laborers with good occasion to obtain employment from MPillar Human Resources Company that were permitted as an outsourcing agency by Polish government.
He added that both countries have good relation,cultural and business exchange activities. We strongy hope that our agreement will bring good benefits between Cambodia and Poland for the bright future with more and more economy growth. According to Mr. Karan Shah, the representative of MPillar of Poland, said that the salary in 2023 will be increased two times in January and July, MPillar has many years of experiences with high responsibilities of civil laws and continue accepting more laborers in Asia region especially in Cambodia.
Both Cambodia and Poland has good relation, diplomacy, cultural and business cooporation since 1956.
Report by Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training stated that there are over one millions of Cambodian Workers working abroads and have sent back over one billion dollars annually into Cambodia.
