South Africa: On the occasion of attending Finance in Common Submit 2025 on the theme of “Fostering Infrastructure and Finance for Just and Sustainable Growth” in Cape Town, the capital of South Africa . H.E Dr. Kao Thach , the Royal Government Delegate in charge as the CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) discussed bilateral work with Mr. Alvaro Lario President of International Fund for Agricultural Development- IFAD to strengthen cooperation and continued to support the Agriculture Development Sector and Economy in Cambodia.
At the Meeting, H.E Dr. Kao Thach expressed the main missions of ARDB for contributing the implementation relate to the projects of IFAD in Cambodia។
In addition, H.E Dr. Kao Thach suggested to IFAD to continue to supporting the missions of ARDB and strengthen cooperation on implement of the projects between the two sides in high efficiency especially implementing on Cambodia Climate Finance Facility – CCFF which was supported by Green Climate Fund-GCF to contributing the support of Sustainable Development Goals and low-carbon economic development and Climate resilience in priority sectors includes: forestry and land use, agriculture, water resources, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and transportation.
